STRAWBOARD

Strawboard is a coarse, dense, and highly rigid paperboard or building panel typically made from unbleached compressed straw pulp or recycled paper fibers. Known for its exceptional structural strength, it serves as an eco-friendly foundation in crafting, industrial packaging, and green construction.Core Properties• Rigidity and Density: Unlike corrugated cardboard, strawboard is solid all the way through, meaning it does not fold or bend easily.• Eco-Friendly Composition: It is primarily manufactured from agricultural waste biomass (like wheat or rice straw) and recycled fibers, significantly reducing carbon footprint.• Insulation Performance: For building applications, densely compressed straw naturally provides good thermal and acoustic insulation.• Permanence: It contains fewer impurities than wood pulp, resulting in a low acid content that protects adjacent materials from yellowing or breaking down over time
